Finally got time

Good things always comes with pizza :D Even the waitng time for it can be used for something productive, like writing this post. I don't know if anyone really reads all this, if not I guess I should either A. Find more readers B. Change the subject or C. Stop talking to myself. So if you do read this, please comment. It's super easy, just press the # comments button below, no registartion needed. Anyways, my summer have been amazing (pictures will come shortly, maybe I'll have to make another pizza) but now I'm soon leaving for a whole year. Earlier I've always thought a year was swift and pretty eventless, but when you're going away for an entire year you really realise how much stuff you actually do/plan to do in a year. Not to speak of all the things you don't plan. And where are you going to put all your stuff, I didn't even know I had all these things. For example, where do you dispose of gunpowder? I certainly can't throw it in the trash, maybe I'll just torch it.. And all this candy I haven't got time to eat? Like the full, unopened box of after eights, which I didn't even knew I had :P

As I started this blog I figured I should upload some photos. So I checked out how you did that with blogger, and ended up with Picassa web albums. To manage those web albums I had to download Picassa. It might seem a bit clumsy from googles side, but I've got to tell you one thing: You don't know that you need a picture managing software until you've got one. Seriously, first of Picassa does all those small little changes to your images to make it look better in just a click of a button. If you're not happy you can always undo, which can be done at any time, or you can change the contrast, light, and other settings manually. You might think that that is why you've got Photoshop, but sometimes it is just so much easier to do some minor changes right there in the album. You also have some effects stuff which I have yet to try and text and other stuff is easy to add. But here is the most interesting part; Geotagging. As most of you might know I'm the proud owner of an iPhone, and as you also might know the iPhone has a built in GPS. Which most of you probably don't know is that whenever an iPhone takes a photo it stores the GPS coordinates together with the image. So when I imported them in Picassa I saw a tiny mark meaning they were geotagged. And by pressing the watch geotag button Google Earth opened and showed me my images based on geographical position :O So whenever I upload an album to Picassa web albums you will be able to see (in Google Earth or Google Maps) where the photos in the album is taken. Pretty neat huh ;) So I guess I should get my lazy ass working on creating an album to upload. But that will have to be after I clean out my room and pack for a year as an exchange student. I'm leaving in only two days :S Anyways, this blog has been a little dull up until now, and I'll try to think of some interesting stuff to write. If you've got any ideas plase comment ;) Well, you wont have to have an idea, just comment, always, now, for any reason, come on, stop reading, comment!
